We founded Pep Energy on a simple idea:

Energy is no longer just a purchase It’s a position.

And a good position takes more than a good price.

Supply is tightening and long-term contracts are harder to secure. Flexibility is worth more than it was five years ago, credit matters earlier, and structure increasingly determines what a deal is worth. Price still matters. It just no longer tells the whole story.

We have spent our careers on both sides of that market. One of us marketed gas for producers, then ran and grew a wholesale gas trading business. The other worked across global LNG markets and ran gas supply for one of Western Australia’s biggest industrial users. Between us, we have sat on both sides of the table, as buyer and seller, in different roles and at different times.

Built from this market and for it.

Our manifesto.

Pep was built to put that experience on your side of the table.

We advise on procurement, contracting, negotiation and market strategy. When the case is strong, we help clients act with confidence.

When we propose a structure, we tell you where our interests sit. We have spent enough time across the table to know that alignment starts with saying that out loud.

We build our own tools. Our market intelligence, data and models sit with the same people forming the view and making the commercial call.

We are small by design. Clients deal directly with the Directors, and we move at the pace a live negotiation demands.
