What we collect.

This site has no forms and collects nothing from you as you read it. If you write to us using the address behind the contact links, we hold the name, email address, organisation and message you choose to send. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

Why we collect it.

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry on a business relationship with you.

How it is handled.

Enquiries arrive in our business mailbox and are read by the Directors. We retain them for as long as needed for the purpose they were sent, and for any period required by law.

Access and correction.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Complaints.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, contact us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
